OMDE 625: National and International Policy for Distance Education in Developing Countries

National and International Policy for Distance Education in Developing Countries took my breath away and quickly became an integrated part of my education, career and personal being. Again, Thomas Hülsmann was a fantastic director and an extremely knowledgeable companion on the journey in developing countries. I took on a monumental focus in my exploration of assistance through distance education in the Darfur Region of South Africa. Every day brought new understanding of the global community, what roles various organizations play and stay away from, political barriers and assistance, geographic hindrances...and the realization of what impacts education can have on global health. I will never forget the incredible and eye-opening information, anxieties and expanse of this expedition.
